We want to encourage and enable reductions in public transport journey times, better frequency, a greater range of destination, and easier interchange and integration. We will pursue the following initiatives:
o Providing a strategic network of services with local feeders
o Ferry and Air service route development fund
o Increased frequency of service to main centres
o Increased choice of destination to centres outside the region
o Improving quality for people with disabilities
